Kat O’Leary works with brands and executives on social media strategy and execution, primarily using thought leadership to drive growth.
She is the founder of Knockout Creative and currently serves as a Professor of Social Strategy & Management.
Prior to founding her company, Kat spent five years on the social media team at McKinsey, ultimately serving as Head of Social Media Strategy. She later became a VP at Scale, where she managed social accounts for large global organizations across industries and advised C-suite executives on strategic social media initiatives.
Kat holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
